We collect information you provide directly when creating accounts, inviting crews, or coordinating plans. This includes your name, email address, phone number, travel crew details, itinerary schedules, voting preferences, chat logs, currency split tallies, and transaction confirmations. We collect only what is essential to coordinate group travel.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to maintain, improve, and optimize our Platform services. We use it to: (i) sync collaborative timelines across all crew members; (ii) compile live polling metrics to settle date/hotel disagreements; (iii) deliver real-time group chat notifications; (iv) execute secure, individual payment links; and (v) compile math logs to split expenses fairly.

4. Shared Data with Travel Crews
T2Go Holidays is a collaborative group trip planner. Therefore, major travel details (itinerary steps, schedules, split budgets, chat posts, voting logs) are shared automatically with the crew members you explicitly invite to your trip. We do not sell or trade your personal travel data with third-party advertisers.
5. Secured Payments & Third Parties
We utilize certified third-party payment gateways to handle booking transactions. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers. Individual payment links utilize bank-grade encryption and secure tokenization to process checkout checkouts. Third-party processing is governed by their respective privacy terms.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We store your information as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our planning services. You can edit or delete your collaborative timeline posts anytime. You can request complete deletion of your user account and all personal logs by emailing legal@t2goholidays.com. Settle split payments before requests.

Depending on your location, you hold rights to: (i) access and receive copies of your travel logs; (ii) correct inaccurate personal profiles; (iii) request complete erasure of your files; (iv) object to targeted analytical tracking; and (v) withdraw consent at any time.
