These terms establish that T2Go Holidays provides a collaborative tool to organize trips. You are responsible for the edits made by your friends, splits tallied in budget managers, and the payment checkouts completed via our secured partners.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using T2Go Holidays ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Platform. These terms govern all trip planners, invitees, travel crews, and individual guests utilizing our collaborative services.
2. Description of Platform Services
T2Go Holidays provides a collaborative group trip planning application. Our services include day-by-day itinerary co-creation tools, live group voting and decision polls, integrated crew messaging, invite links distribution, shared budget calculators, expense splitting logs, secured individual payments, and custom expert travel guides.
3. User Accounts & Crew Invites
To create a trip, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are fully liable for all activities in your account. Trip creators can invite friends to join their travel crew. Invites are sent via secure links (WhatsApp, SMS, or Email). Invited users are bound by these terms upon clicking the invite link.
4. Collaborative Timelines & Content
All itineraries, details, photos, or descriptions posted on the Platform by users are collaborative. While trip creators hold administrative permissions, all crew members can edit schedules. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and log your collaborative plans to operate the Platform.
5. Budget Splitting & Expenses
T2Go Holidays provides a mathematical splitting tool to calculate shared expenses. Calculations are logs generated from user input. We make no guarantees regarding the perfect tax or legal compliance of currency conversions and expense tallies. Users are solely responsible for coordinating and settling personal split debts between their friends.
6. Secured Payments & Bookings
All payments made through the Platform are processed securely by certified third-party payment gateways. We utilize bank-grade encryption and individual checkout links to ensure safety. Bookings, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the specific terms, availability, and policies of the respective travel partners (airlines, boutique villas, tour guides).
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T2Go Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) your access to or use of the Platform; (ii) collaborative schedule changes made by other crew members; or (iii) any supplier cancellations or changes.
